Loved the breakfast and dinner buffet. Really felt the friendliness of the people here, both guests and staff. The staff went out of their way to help me. I lost my original review which was far more effusive. The experience we had here was positive in the extreme. As we pack now to leave the last person we spoke to an hour or two ago was a gentleman who offered us some of his wife’s birthday cake! We hadn’t even spoken we just sang along with the waiters as they arrived.

The concierge staff & restaurant staff were friendly, warm & welcoming! Always so kind & helpful, we appreciated that. We had a city view from our hotel room. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful city. The breakfast & dinner buffets were exceptional! Everything was delicious, lovely ambience & there was a great variety of food. Waiters saw to our every need. The manager & staff were very bubbly and welcoming.

I started my trip to Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and ended it in Riyadh. If I had known about this hotel, I would have started here. The room is very large and beautiful, and despite the windows being closed as always, the air is fresh. Quiet room, with safe and good Wi-Fi. Great location, close to restaurants and the city center. Great staff and excellent service. There was a plate of fruit in the room, as well as Saudi coffee and dates. And at the reception, there are always juices, dates and tea. Breakfast with many delicious options. Good gym and sufficient size. Congratulations.

Our stay was very nice and comfortable. The room way spacious and clean, housekeeping did an amazing job with their cleaning service. The bellmen, Mr. Raju and Mr. Ayaz were very friendly, helpful, and informative. Mr. Nader checked us in he was very friendly and welcoming. Ms. Raida in the restaurant was always smiling at us she was very nice. The breakfast was nice we had many items to choose from. Thank you for making my first visit to Riyadh a special one, ya hala wa hayakom :) .

Great Location in Olaya and near Tahlia Street a walking distance from a lot of food options as well as it is in the heart of town so you can move from there to any where in Riyadh, the staff very welcoming, and they are all in all departments well trained to help and support.

The location,breakfast ,the Staff Advice to everyone who reads this message, before confirming the reservation, take a screenshot because you may be booked in a different hotel ! or in the same hotel but different data and you do not have any proof of your right. I learned this with them the hard way, and do not trust mobile discounts or Genius and it’s better to call the hotel and make the reservation with them specifically in Saudi Arabia

Location: The hotel's location truly stood out for its convenience. Situated in a bustling area near renowned landmarks and cafes, it offered easy access to all the attractions Riyadh has to offer. Whether it was returning from a day of exploring or seeking out local cuisine, everything was within reach. Staff: One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the professionalism and supportiveness of the staff. From the moment I checked in to the moment I departed, their attention to detail and genuine hospitality were evident. Compared to other hotels in the region, Joudyan Hotel sets a new standard with its attentive and friendly team.

The hotel is well located in the center of Olaya and within walking distance from Tahlia Street. The staff are so friendly, welcoming, and helpful on all levels. The room is wide, comfortable, and has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and shower are so luxurious. The pillows and bed are comfortable. The restaurant has a good variety of food for the breakfast and lunch buffets, and the coffee station is nice as well. I was extremely overwhelmed by the extra care & 24-hour smile of the lobby staff & porters.
